EVAL_7116G_100V_SSO8 Half-Bridge Evaluation Board
Infineon Technologies EVAL_7116G_100V_SSO8 Half-Bridge Evaluation Board is designed for general-purpose evaluation of OptiMOS™ 6 100V in SSO8 package together with TDI EiceDriver™ 1EDN7116G. This board offers an optimized layout for a hard-switching half-bridge, with waveform measurement points and features for easy lab bench switch and driver characterization. The EVAL_7116G_100V_SSO8 board is pre-configured as a buck or boost converter but can be easily reconfigured for a double pulse test or any half-bridge topology using external connections. This eval board exhibits an 0ptimized layout, different PWM input options, onboard deadtime generation, and onboard temperature sensing. Typical applications include artificial intelligence, motor control, photovoltaic, server power supplies, and telecommunication infrastructure.
