DEMO_FX3_U3V_CAM01 EZ-USB™ FX3 Camera Kit

Infineon Technologies DEMO_FX3_U3V_CAM01 EZ-USB™ FX3 Camera Kit is based on the EZ-USB™ FX3  family of Infineon’s configurable USB 5Gbps peripheral controllers. The kit demonstrates USB3 Vision (U3V) video streaming up to 1080p at 30fps in YUV formats to host equipped with USB 3.1 Gen1 capability. The second-generation general programmable interface (GPIF II) of EZ-USB™ FX3 connects to a processor, an image sensor, an FPGA, or an ASIC. Users can program the GPIF (General Programmable Interface) to behave like a FIFO, an asynchronous SRAM, an address/data multiplexed interface, CompactFlash, or a proprietary interface. The kit consists of two boards: a baseboard with the EZ-USB™ FX3 controller and a camera add-on board (with the camera module and dual microphones) connected to the baseboard.
