BGS14MA11 SP4T RF Switch IC
Infineon Technologies BGS14MA11 SP4T RF Switch IC is designed for multimedia handsets based on LTE and WCDMA. This RF switch IC utilizes proprietary technology with excellent RF performance. The ultra-low insertion loss helps to achieve high system sensitivity, coverage of LTE Tx power, and 6GHz enables the broad application. Infineon Technologies BGS14MA11 SP4T switch IC features DC-free RF-ports and external DC blocking capacitors at the RF-ports, which are only required if DC voltage is applied externally. This switch IC is ideal for LTE diversity, LTE uplink TX, and LAA applications.
