TLS715B0_TSNP Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies TLS715B0_TSNP Evaluation Board evaluates the LDO TLS715B0NA V50 in a PG-TSNP-7 package. The OPTIREG™ linear TLS715B0NAV50 offers high automotive package power density of up to 1W on a 2mm x 2mm2 footprint. The board provides up to 150mA load current, a 5V output voltage, a wide 4V to 40V input voltage range, and ±2% output voltage accuracy. Other features include overtemperature shutdown, output current limitation, and RoHS compliance. Infineon Technologies TLS715B0_TSNP Evaluation Board operates in a -40°C to +150°C temperature range.
