PExBx Ultra Fast SMD Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PExBx Ultra Fast SMD Rectifiers are high-efficiency single-die rectifiers suitable for automated placement. These rectifiers exhibit low power loss and utilize planar technology. The PExBx SMD rectifiers feature a 100V_RRM repetitive peak reverse voltage and a -55°C to 175°C operating junction temperature range. These rectifiers possess level 1 moisture sensitivity per J-STD-020. The PExBx ultra-fast SMD rectifiers are Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant. The PE1BA, PE2BB, and PE4BC SMD rectifiers are available in DO-214AC (SMA), DO-214AA (SMB), and DO-214AB (SMC) packages, respectively. Typical applications include DC/DC, snubbers, and high-frequency switching.
