Hi-Reliability Optically Coupled Isolators

TT Electronics 828-JANTX4N4x Hi-Reliability Optically Coupled Isolators consist of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. The diode and phototransistor are mounted in a hermetically sealed TO-78 package. These isolators provide a high current transfer ratio, 1kV electrical isolation, and a base contact for conventional transistor biasing. JANTX devices are JEDEC registered, DSCC qualified, and processed to MIL-PRF-19500. These devices are designed for military or harsh environments. Other applications include high-voltage isolation between input and output, industrial equipment, medical equipment, and office.
