Multi Half-Bridge Drivers

Infineon Technologies Multi Half-Bridge Drivers is a portfolio that ranges from a 2-fold half-bridge device to a 12-fold half-bridge. The drivers are designed to drive small DC motors in various applications, and include the complete driver and output stage. Sequential or parallel driving of several motors is possible. All products offer overcurrent and over temperature protection, and over and under voltage lockout.
