EV71C64A Auto Mode Evaluation Board

Microchip Technology EV71C64A Auto Mode Evaluation Board is built on the PD77728 PoE controller/manager, showcasing four IEEE 802.3bt 4-pair ports in Unmanaged Auto mode. PD77728 is part of Microchip’s seventh-gen IEEE 802.3bt compliant Power over Ethernet (PoE) Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) family. The device is an integrated eight-port PoE controller and manager with FET switches and current sense resistors. The device supports IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards and legacy PD detection in a 56-pin 8mm x 8mm QFN package. The EVB features bi-color LEDs for visual port status indication, with green and yellow LEDs dedicated to each port.
