NXB0102 Dual Supply Translating Transceiver

Nexperia NXB0102 Dual Supply Translating Transceiver is a 2-bit dual supply translating transceiver with auto direction sensing that enables bidirectional voltage level translation. This transceiver features two 2-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), one Output Enable input (OE), and two supply pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)). The NXB0102 transceiver operates at 1.2V to 3.6V VCC(A) and 1.65V to 5.5V VCC(B) wide supply voltage range. This transceiver provides IOFF circuitry for partial-power-down mode operation and features -40°C to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C specified temperature ranges.
