S1x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers

Vishay S1x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers provide low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. These rectifiers have matte tin-plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102 in low profile DO-214AC (SMA) package. S1x rectifiers are RoHS compliant and meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, and LF maximum peak of +260°C. Vishay S1x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers are for use in general-purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication.
