QH8M Dual Nch+Pch Small Signal MOSFETs
ROHM Semiconductor QH8M Dual Nch+Pch Small Signal MOSFETs support 40V or 60V withstand voltage and combine ultra-low on-resistance Nch+Pch MOSFETs in one small, surface-mount TSMT8 package. This series is designed for 24V input equipment such as factory automation equipment and motors mounted on base stations (cooling fans). These devices contribute to lower power consumption of the equipment. The QH8MB5 offers 44mΩ/41mΩ RDS(on) maximum and ±4.5A/±5A drain current ID while the QH8MC5 offers 90mΩ/91mΩ RDS(on) maximum and ±3A /3.5A drain current ID. ROHM Semiconductor QH8M Dual Nch+Pch Small Signal MOSFETs feature 1.5W power dissipation, Pb-free plating, and RoHS compliance. The QH8M series is ideal for switching applications.
