High-Temp +150°C, Compact MCOIL™ Power Inductors

TAIYO YUDEN High-Temperature +150°C, Compact MCOIL™ Power Inductors are small, multilayer metal power inductors designed for automotive applications, meeting high heat resistance and reliability requirements. These inductors operate in a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and have undergone evaluation tests compliant with AEC-Q200 standards. In addition to the compact size, this series features high thermal conductivity and low magnetic flux leakage. These characteristics contribute to heat management and noise reduction for semiconductors that act as heat and noise sources. The series aids in the miniaturization and performance enhancement of electronic control units (ECUs) for applications such as advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) LiDAR and radar, in-vehicle cameras, and meter clusters.
