KITLGPWRBOM009 Power Board Module

Infineon Technologies KITLGPWRBOM009 Power Board Module is a modular half-bridge power PCB with OptiMOS™ Fast Diode (FD) IPB117N20NFD power MOSFETs. This power board is an Insulated Metal Substrate (IMS) PCB that helps to dissipate heat and provides great dielectric strength against high voltages. The KITLGPWRBOM009 module serves as a single half-bridge with power and gate drive interconnections, to enable easy buildup of any half-bridge-based power topology. The variations of the power board employ the OptiMOS™ FD power MOSFETs to perform in terms of parallelization and thermal behavior. This power board is the basic building block of the modular platform. The KITLGPWRBOM009 power board is ideally used in drives, eMobility, industrial devices, motor control and drives, low-speed Electric Vehicles (EVs), and cordless power tools.
