Infineon EVAL_100W_DRIVE_CFD2 Motor Drive Evaluation Board offers a sensorless synchronous rectification BLDC/PMSM control algorithm reducing reverse-current hard-commutation stress. The Motor Drive Evaluation Board is designed for the CoolMOS™ CFD super junction MOSFET series. The device provides an adjustable switching frequency up to 20kHz and 2-phase/3-phase modulation resulting in a reduction in switching losses. The EVAL_100W_DRIVE_CFD2 Board can be easily interfaced through XMC™ Link, an isolated debug probe for all XMC™ microcontrollers.
