MBR5H60PC Schottky Barrier Rectifiers
PANJIT MBR5H60PC Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are surface-mount ultra-low reverse current (IR) rectifiers with a 60V maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage. These rectifiers also feature a 5A maximum average forward rectified current, low leakage current, low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge current capability. The MBR5H60PC Schottky barrier rectifiers are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and green molding compound as per IEC 61249 standard. These rectifiers operate from -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range and are available in the TO-277C package.
