Infineon BCR450 LED Bipolar Power Controllers
Infineon's BCR450 LED Bipolar Power Controllers are designed to handle high-current, high-brightness LEDs up to 2.5A through an external booster transistor that ensures low voltage drop. The Infineon controllers feature over-voltage protection, a temperature shutdown mechanism to protect attached LEDs, and an on/off switch that can be controlled by external signal to regulate LED brightness. The devices are ideal for industrial lighting, aircraft lighting, and other electromagnetic interference-sensitive applications.
