TB67Z8x 80V 3-Phase Gate Drivers

Toshiba TB67Z8x 80V 3-Phase Gate Drivers are part of the motor control system that uses suitable MCUs and MOSFETs to drive high-performance brushless motors. These gate drivers operate at an 8V to 75V voltage range that is typically suitable for 12V to 48V systems. The TB67Z8x 80V gate drivers include built-in voltage regulators, built-in 3-channel current sense amplifiers, and SPI and hardware interfaces.
