Eaton Electronics 15BJxxH Automotive TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer a peak power rating of 1500W at 16.1A to 88.2A current range. These diodes feature low inductance, low leakage current, and excellent voltage clamping capability. The 15BJxxH diodes leverage a V-Groove interlock and dimple design that offers high reliability. These TVS diodes are available in a broad range of footprints designed with the SMBF package. The 15BJxxH diodes operate from 12V to 58V voltage range and -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include networking systems and body electronics, ADAS and safety systems, automotive lighting, and battery management systems.

High Power TVS Diodes

Eaton High Power TVS Diodes deliver reliable overvoltage protection with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability for electronic equipment. Battery Management Systems
