WE-MAPI Miniature High Current Power Inductors

Würth Elektronik WE-MAPI Miniature High Current Power Inductors are small metal alloy inductors starting as small as 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 1mm dimensions. The series is available in a range of case sizes: 1610, 2010, 2506, 2508, 2510, 2512, 3010, 3012, 3020, 4012, 4020, 4030, 5020, and 5030. The inductors offer an iron alloy core material that provides low core losses for efficiency. The lead-frame design with a clip and direct wire connection increases core utilization and current handling. Würth Elektronik WE-MAPI Miniature High Current Power Inductors offer low AC and DC losses and temperature-stable soft saturation. This series is designed to achieve low DCRs and high saturation currents for optimum performance in high switching frequency DC/DC converters (>1MHz).

WE-MAPI Miniature High Current Inductors

Würth Elektronik WE-MAPI Miniature High Current Inductor is the smallest metal alloy inductor available on the market, measuring as small as 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 1.0mm. The WE-MAPI series offers a wide range of case sizes: 1610, 2010, 2506, 2508, 2510, 2512, 3010, 3012, 3020, and 4020. Würth Elektronik E-MAPI inductors are equipped with an iron alloy core material that allows a compact design with high current capabilities. This series was designed to also achieve low DCRs and high saturation currents for optimum performance in high switching frequency DC/DC converters (>1MHz). Other features include low acoustic noise, low leakage flux noise, and operating temperature range from -40ºC to +125ºC, which is suitable for industrial applications. These components have a rugged design with large soldering pads for high mechanical stability on the board. The WE-MAPI kits offer several part sizes and values to suit a variety of design needs.
