Conformal Coated Capacitors

Vishay/Sprague's Conformal Coated Capacitors, Series 592D, 594D, and 595D, are TANTAMOUNT® Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors that offer large capacitance ranges, low ESR, and maximum CV. The surface mountable 592D, 594D, and 595D Series Conformal Coated Capacitors from Vishay/Sprague offer operating temperature range -55ºC to +85ºC (to +125ºC with voltage derating), 100% tin termination, compliance to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, standard capacitance tolerance ±10% and ±20%, and voltage rating 4 VDC to 50 VDC.

592D TANTAMOUNT®Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague 592D TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors are conformal coated, low profile capacitors that offer low ESR and maximum CV. These surface-mountable 592D capacitors also feature a capacitance range of 1µF to 2200µF, robust ratings for pulsed applications, and are RoHs Compliant.

592D Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors, Tantamount

The Vishay / Sprague 592D Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors are part of Vishay's reliable TANTAMOUNT® product line. With a low profile (1.0mm to 2.5mm height) and conformal coating, The 592D series features a capacitance range from 1 µf to 2200 µF and a voltage rating of 4 WVDC to 50 WVDC. The Vishay / Sprague 592D Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors are now available with new robust 6.3V ratings for battery operated wireless applications.
