These tools are designed to exacting specifications to produce consistent, high-quality terminations. The CERTI-CRIMP portable tools come in seven basic styles and require minimal skills to operate. These tools feature ratchet control that provides a complete crimping cycle. The ratchet does not release until the handles are fully closed and the dies bottomed, eliminating partial crimps. The CERTI-CRIMP portable tools incorporate various features for optimum performance, including locating, straightening, and insulation crimp adjustment. These tools are ideal for low production runs, prototype work, and repairs.

TE Connectivity's Hand Crimping Tools offer a wide variety of portable wire crimper tools. These tools provide a flexible approach to portable crimping, proper crimp quality, and optimum performance. The hand crimping tools include the SDE crimp commercial tooling platform, insertion/extraction tools, certified portable crimping tools, and commercial hand crimping tools. The SDE dies can be used across platforms, from manual to pneumatic to battery-powered, as per requirements.
