Ultra Micro Interconnects

Samtec Ultra Micro Interconnects offer a stack height as low as 2.31mm and pitches of 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.635mm, and 0.8mm. One to four rows are available, and termination styles include solder, solder balls, and solder pin. Samtec Ultra Micro Interconnects are available in several mounting angles, including horizontal, right, straight, and vertical. The product lineup features connectors, headers, receptacles, sockets, and hermaphroditic connectors.

LSH 0.50mm Low-Profile Blade & Beam Socket Strip

Samtec LSH 0.50mm Low-Profile Blade and Beam Socket Strips are engineered to mate with LTH terminal strips and provide an ultra-low mated stack height of 2.31mm (0.091"). The slim body design and vertical orientation offer increased board space savings, making the LSH series ideal for the smallest of applications. These connectors feature 15Gbps performance, up to 100 I/Os, and standard alignment pins. A tape-and-reel packaging option is available. Samtec LSH 0.50mm Low-Profile Blade and Beam Socket Strips are ideal for a range of applications, including 5G networking, industrial, test connectivity, medical, instrumentation, and AI / machine learning.

Ultra-Micro Connector Solutions

Samtec Ultra-Micro Connector Solutions feature Razor Beam™ LP ultra-micro blade and beam fine-pitch connectors available on 0.40mm and 0.50mm pitches with stack heights as low as 2mm. These connectors are ideal for small and fast applications, offering speeds up to 56Gbps PAM4 (SS5/ST5). The connectors feature a slim body design and are engineered to save space on the X, Y, and Z axes. Samtec Ultra-Micro Connector Solutions products can be utilized at both the component level and system level to ensure full system optimization. Applications include 5G networking, military/aerospace, medical, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, instrumentation, and more.

Flexible Stacking Connectors

Samtec Flex Stacking Board Connectors feature a large variety of board-to-board connectors with design flexibility. These Samtec board-to-board connector systems are available in a variety of pitches, densities, stack heights, orientations, and other standard or modified options, making it easy to find the right connector for any application. Flex-Stack options include one-piece, low profile pass-through, elevated, hermaphroditic, shrouded, coplanar, parallel, and perpendicular. Post heights are adjustable in increments of 0.005” (0.13mm).
