TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References

STMicroelectronics TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References provide stable and precise output voltages with a 0.15% initial accuracy over an extended -40 to +125°C temperature range. The TS33 features an ultralow operating current for power-restricted designs and are very stable over the entire operating temperature range. This makes the references suitable for high-precision applications. The TS33 can be designed in applications where saving space is a critical issue. STMicroelectronics TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References are available in QFN8 surface-mount packages.
