T850 8A TRIAC Switches

STMicroelectronics T850 8A TRIAC switches are surface mount device suitable for general purpose AC switching. These Snubberless™ variant switches feature high commutation performance and are recommended for use on inductive loads. The T850 TRIACs operate within -40°C to 125°C range and offer 8A of on-state-RMS current. These RoHS compliant switches are available in a D2PAK package.
