STM32 F1 Mainstream MCUs

STMicroelectronics STM32 F1 Mainstream Microcontrollers (MCUs) cover the needs of a large variety of applications in the industrial, medical, and consumer markets. With this series, ST has pioneered the world of Arm® Cortex®-M microcontrollers and set a milestone in the history of embedded applications. High performance with first-class peripherals and low-power, low-voltage operation is paired with a high level of integration at accessible prices with a simple architecture and easy-to-use tools. These STMicroelectronics MCUs come with up to 72MHz CPU frequency, from 16KB to 1MB Flash, 4KB to 80KB of RAM, and a variety of embedded peripherals, such as USB, timers, USART, temperature sensor, ADC, and DAC.

Microcontrollers

STMicroelectronics Microcontrollers contain a comprehensive range, starting from robust, low-cost 8-bit MCUs to 32-bit Arm®-based Cortex™-M3 Flash microcontrollers with a great choice of peripherals. ST has also extended this range to the ultra-low-power MCU platform EnergyLite™. Extensive support, through a combination of flexible and powerful development tools, training courses, consultancy, and web support, facilitates a faster time to market.

STM32F103xF / STM32F103xG Performance Line MCUs

STMicroelectronics STM32F103xF / STM32F103xG XL-density STM32 Performance Line microcontrollers incorporate the high-performance ARM Cortex™-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at 72MHz, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1MB and SRAM up to 96KB), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All STM32F103xF / STM32F103xG Performance Line MCUs offer three 12-bit analog-to-digital converters, 10 general-purpose 16-bit timers plus two PWM timers, and standard and advanced communication interfaces (up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, one SDIO, five USARTs, an USB and a CAN).

STM32 32-Bit Arm® Cortex®-M MCUs

STMicroelectronics STM32 32-Bit Arm® Cortex®-M MCUs are based on the Arm Cortex-M processor and designed to offer new degrees of freedom to MCU users. The MCUs offer a 32-bit product range that combines very high performance, real-time capabilities, digital signal processing, and low-power, low-voltage operation. This is achieved while maintaining full integration and ease of development.
