QPA9510 General-Purpose/GSM Power Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA9510 General-Purpose/GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) Power Amplifiers are high‑performance power amplifiers optimized for 100MHz to 1000MHz applications, built on Qorvo's advanced GaAs process. Operating from a single 2.8V to 3.6V supply, the Qorvo QPA9510 amplifiers deliver a robust 34dB of maximum gain coupled with high efficiency (up to 55%) and support up to +35dBm P1dB output power, ideal as a final RF stage in 900MHz GSM and UHF systems. An integrated analog power controller enables more than 70dB of gain control range, including standby mode, while allowing easy tuning across the frequency band to optimize system performance. Housed in a compact 3mm × 3mm QFN package, the QPA9510 suits a variety of mobile and wireless applications, such as GSM/GPRS handsets, FM radio, and other sub‑GHz platforms.
