Microchip Technology PIC18F27J53 and PIC18F47J53 USB XLP Microcontrollers are 8-bit MCUs with with integrated full-Speed USB 2.0, and up to 128KB Flash program memory and 3.8KB RAM. The PIC18F27J53 and PIC18F47J53 MCUs feature XLP technology that drastically reduces the the amount of power consumed, making them ideal for battery-operating applications. These Microchip Technology USB MCUs also include an RTCC module for real time applications and a CTMU module for easy capacitive touch user interface.
