SAM L10/L11 ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCU:er

Microchip Technology SAM L10/L11 ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCU är en 32-bitars MCU med extremt låg strömförbrukning, TrustZone, krypto, och förbättrad positiv temperaturkoefficient (PTC). SAM L10/L11 MCU levereras med 32 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M23-kärna med en en-cykels hårdvarumultiplikator, hårdvarudelare, Nested Vector Interrupt Controller (NVIC), Skyddesenhet för minnet (MPU). Dessa MCU:er har återställning vid strömtillslag, programmerbar detektering av strömavbrott, 8-kanalers DMAC och 8-kanalers händelsesystem för intern kärnoberoende drift av kringutrustning.
