P-02A-L Voice-DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse P-02A-L SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment from damaging overvoltage transients. The components provide a robust single port through-hole solution that enables voice-through DS-1 equipment to comply with various global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within the limit. The P-02AAL thyristors from Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, single-port protection, and fail short circuits when surged in excess of ratings. The modified TO-220 packaged components are RoHS compliant.

Baseband Voice DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse Baseband Voice DS1 SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors focus on addressing the performance and regulatory requirements of baseband telecommunications equipment such as voice, modems, and DS1. SIDACtor components are solid-state crowbar devices that protect telecom equipment during hazardous transient conditions.
