High-Speed ADC & DAC Converters

Analog Devices High-Speed Converters consist of A/D converters (ADC), D/A converters (DAC) and AFE/CODECs. Offering superior performance, high input bandwidths, and integrated signal processing, high-speed data converters from ADI allow designers to easily and reliably select the proper solution for various applications, including instrumentation, Mil/Aero, wireless/wired communications, and medical imaging.

Lithium Ion Battery Formation & Test Solutions

Analog Devices Inc. Lithium Ion Battery Formation and Test Solutions offer a small, environmental-friendly system for testing and forming rechargeable battery cells and packs. The offering uses a PWM controller to provide charging energy. With these solutions from Analog Devices, designers can direct discharging energy to other cells or send the energy back to the grid to minimize energy usage.

Data Converters

Analog Devices Inc. Data Converters are a portfolio of data converters that are unmatched in ability and deliver performance with value. The converters provide accurate and reliable conversion for a range of applications. Typical applications include industrial automation, programmable logic controllers, optical transceivers, data acquisition, and more.

AD5371 40-Channel Voltage Output DACs

Analog Devices Inc. AD5371 40-Channel 14-bit Serial Input, Voltage Output DACs offer buffered voltage outputs with a range of four times the reference voltage. Each channel has a programmable gain and an offset adjust register. Designers can trim the gain and offset of each DAC independently to remove errors. For additional flexibility, the device is divided into five groups of eight DACs. Three offset DACs enable designers to adjust the output range of the groups. The AD5371 DACs provide guaranteed operation over a wide supply range, with VSS from -16.5V to -4.5V and VDD from 9V to 16.5V. The output amplifier headroom requirement is 1.4V operating with a load current of 1mA.

Digital to Analog Converters (DACs)

Analog Devices Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs) range from 8 bits to 24 bits and from a single channel to as many as 40 channels. Analog Devices DACs are offered in high-density packages with flexible I/O, high DC precision, and low glitch. Analog Devices DACs work well in a wide variety of open-loop or closed-loop systems, adjusting gain, offset, and many other signals, as well as fast-settling DACs suitable for AC applications such as waveform generation. Analog Devices' portfolio includes integrated output amplifier options for ease of use, dynamic range DACs for multicarrier generation over a very wide bandwidth, and various other digital-to-analog converters to suit any design needs.
